Tell us what failed.

Describe the incident and we will scope it, identify the expertise it needs, and respond — usually within one business day.

Every inquiry is read by a person. If the matter is time-sensitive — degrading physical evidence, an approaching deadline, a plant down — say so in the message and it moves to the front of the queue.

Thank you — your message is with the team and someone will respond, usually within one business day. If the matter is urgent, the fastest route is the concierge in the corner of this page.

Before you send anything for examination

Do not clean, disassemble, repair or discard the failed part, and do not re-energize failed electrical equipment. Altering the evidence can destroy the answer and, in litigation, raises spoliation. Photograph it as found, isolate it, and record who has handled it.

Happy to help. Tell me what failed and I'll scope it — the likely mechanisms, what to preserve, and which expert fits. I won't give the formal analysis here.
